Join us for our FREE trial of our 3D Burn course. We have tailored our courses to offer a well rounded, complementary approach to fitness, from diet to movement. The classes are all distinct and work your body in different ways. This trial class offers a free taster of the structure how we will work with you
What to expect: After a quick warm up we’ll walk you through a small taster of each class involved in our courses, with a cool down at the end.
FREE Dance Fitness SPECIAL:
1 Hour class

12th March 2020 : 8.15pm - 9.15pm : FREE
Dance yourself fit and happy with a special dance fitness class for an all over body, cardio workout. This class will be a pure hour of dancing to the best music with easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted. Come and let your hair down with us.
What to expect: We will get you warmed up and your heart rate increased, we’ll focus on footwork and coordination with some core, and glute exercises. Expect a lot of cardio with a cool down at the end.
FREE body conditioning SPECIAL :
30 Min Class

12th March 2020 : 7.45pm - 8.15pm : FREE
Feel the burn with our drop in Body Conditioning class for a full body workout and to see how far you can go. Targeting all your major muscle groups in ways that strengthen and tone, this class puts you to the test and leaves you feeling awesome at the end.
What to expect: We will warm you up, then immediately get stuck into high intensity body weight and equipment assisted exercises, with a cool down at the end. Expect to work hard.
