3d burn FITNESS COURSES


Perfect for someone looking for a fitness routine without a gym commitment. We combine body strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio, challenges, hiit and nutrition in a structured fitness programme to suit all abilities and needs. Includes 3 classes per week for 4,6, or 8 weeks at a time. 

DANCE FITNESS

Dance yourself happy with our drop in dance fitness classes for a total body cardio workout. This class is a pure hour of dancing to the best music with easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted. Come & let your hair down with us. We can’t wait to see you.

BODY CONDITIONING
(DROP IN CLASS)

Feel the burn with our drop in Body Conditioning class. Join us for a head to toe workout and see how far you can go. Targeting all your major muscle groups in ways that strengthen and tone, this class puts you to the test and leaves you feeling awesome at the end. Get ready to work hard.

NUTRITIONAL AND GOAL SETTING
SUPPORT

Achieve your health and wellness goals alongside a serious approach to your nutrition and diet. We offer a range of services including complimentary goal setting and nutritional consultations, follow-up check ins, tailored advice and around the clock support to help you every step of the way.

You can find our fitness courses in Canada Water. With morning and evening course options available, it’s never been easier for you to get started on your fitness journey with us. We can’t wait to meet you!
